- Do not put your head lower than the heart position if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, glaucoma or retinal detachment.
- If you have high blood pressure or heart disease, you should only hold the powerful standing or prone position in a short time. Also, for high blood pressure, you should put two arms under your head when practicing.
- If you are suffering from low blood pressure, you should escape the inverted posture slowly.
