Some people have the habit of taking a few slices of cheese when drinking alcohol for a long time. However, many studies show that the dairy products like milk and cheese when combined with alcohol not only cause indigestion but also adversely affect the pumping action of the heart.

  1. Carbonated beverages

Researchers said that when drinking alcohol, you should not drink carbonated beverages because it can make the alcohol rapidly spread throughout the whole body, and produce large amounts of CO2, causing harm to the liver, kidneys, intestines and stomach.
