Calcium rich food for pregnant women


During pregnancy, the mother’s body needs more calcium than usual with 1,200 mg each day. Besides using supplements and drinking milk, you should add more calcium food sources.  And here is the list of foods rich in calcium for pregnant women.

Crab meat is rich in calcium, protein, fat, zinc, vitamin C and A, helping strengthen bones and increase the body’s resistance. Mother should try to eat crabs regularly to supply more calcium for themselves and fetal development during pregnancy.
