Walking on a treadmill is becoming an increasingly preferable option for those who want to lose weight and maintain a pretty body shape. With a treadmill, you are encouraged to walk or run at any time during the day without worrying about the weather condition or whether it’s dark outside.

No one denies what this machine benefits them, however, there will often come a time when people realize that they have reached a plateau and find it hard to lose any more weight.
