- Increase running duration

- Increase speed
It is undeniable that the more quickly you run, the more calories you can burn. If you want to improve the calories burning while maintain the duration unchanged, increase the speed instead. - Increase the incline
Most of modern treadmill offer different incline settings, including the option of increasing the incline to mimic walking or running uphill. More calories will be burned when the incline of the treadmill is up.
