The following herbs are recommended to plant in every home because apart from  the possibility of being used as flavoring for most of the dishes, their ingredients has effect of treating some diseases.

1. Rosemary

Like its name, this herb has a very aromatic scents. It has effects of relaxing and improving your memory. Rosemary grows best when placed under sun and regular watering. All you need to do is flick on it and it will emit a fragrant scent.

2. Lavender

Lavender is not only a beautiful tree but also a favourite one of women. They had plenty of health benefits, but few people know. Soothing scent of lavender has a sedative effect very well. In addition, it also contains antioxidants like polyphenols, which have the ability to fight the abdominal bloating disease.Lavender would be more appropriate when grown outdoors and got enough sunshine by 8 am every da .

3. Sage

Sage has antiseptic property and antioxidants which can help the body against the aging process very well. That is the reason  why sage ingredients is often appear ed in specifical skin care products. Sage has been used as a natural remedy to dislodge anxiety and fatigue , and it is said to be a substance that enhances memory. Sage requires more care than other plants , in which the earth element should be the preferred option.

4. Coriander

Coriander  is appeared in most Asian dishes. It provides fibe , iron for the body. The effects of coriander is to help to purify the body and eliminate  toxins from the body. Root of coriander  is quite deep, which requires to be grown in pot with much land. They are not really suitable for growing indoors.

5. Peppermint

Vitamin A is found in peppermint, just 2 tablespoons of mint juice every day is assured that you have enough  vitamin A for your the body. In addition, peppermint is also good for breathing, digestion, nausea  and to prevent from respiratory disorders, asthma and tooth decay.
