You prepare a half cup of fresh milk, then add a little lemon juice and stir well. Using the mixture to rub on the face, massage for about 10 minutes then rinse with water. To achieve good results you should perform this 3 to 4 times a week.
- Caring dry skin
You mix a cup of milk with a cup of carrots juice and a cup of orange juice. Use the mixture to apply on the skin for 15 minutes, and rinse with cold water. The mixture as a nourishing mask will make the skin smoother and brighter. You should try this twice week.
- Treating pigmentation
You can use a mixture of 2 pureed almonds mixed with milk to apply on the skin before going to bed to help fade pigmentation, and have a smoother skin in the morning.
