Here are some exfoliating formulas from natural ingredients which will help to enhances moisture for your feet.

  1. Use Pumpkin

Ingredients:

– Pumpkin

– Yogurt

– Brown sugar

– Honey

– Olive oil

Making:

Step 1: Choose a piece of pumpkin, peel, wash and cut it into small pieces, then put in a blender to puree.

Step 2: Pour 1 cup of yogurt, ½ cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pumpkin puree together in a clean bowl.

Step 3: Soak your feet in warm water for about 5 minutes, then using the mixture to apply on your feet and use your fingers making small circular movements to exfoliate.

Step 4: Rinse your feet with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

  1. Use Lemonade

Ingredients:

– Fresh Lemon

– Brown sugar

– Olive oil

Making:

Step 1: Cut the lemon into two pieces, remove seeds and juice to clean bowl.

Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the bowl and stir to form a mixture.

Step 3: Pour the mixture into the pot and add a little warm water.

Step 4: Soak your feet in the pot for 5 minutes, then using your hands or a brush to scrub.

Step 5: Rinse your feet with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

  1. Use Green Tea

Ingredients:

– Green tea powder

– Coconut oil

– White sugar

Green Tea

Making:

Step 1: Put green tea powder into a clean bowl.

Step 2: Add 1 cup of white sugar and 2 tablespoons of boiled coconut oil into the bowl, then stirring to form a mixture.

Step 3: Wet your feet and use hand or foam ice to rub the mixture on the feet.

Step 4: Rinse your feet with warm water, then dry with a soft cloth.

So, with these 3 simple exfoliating formulas, you will have a healthy and smooth feet skin. However, you should only exfoliate twice a week to avoid corroding your skin.
